Hosting executives or clients in Indianapolis?

Companies, assistants and event planners bring visiting leadership here every week for meetings, conventions, race week and game days. Out-of-state security firms need a licensed local partner they can vouch for. GCR does both, with one named contact.

For host companies, assistants and planners

One call covers the visit from arrival to departure: an officer meeting your guest at the airport, secure transportation between hotel, office and venue, and protection at the meeting or event itself.

  • Airport meet and greet with secure transportation
  • Protection at meetings, appearances and dinners
  • Coordination with your assistant, venue or hotel
  • Race week, convention and game-day dates reserved in advance

For security and risk firms

Licensed local protection assets for your client’s Indianapolis assignment, vetted and led by a retired IMPD officer and Certified Protection Professional. Discreet coordination with local law enforcement and venues, rapid response when a visit changes, and reporting in the format your operations center needs. Nick Mitchell sets personnel and coordination; Kristi Mitchell handles agreements, documentation and billing.

  • Executive protection, onsite security and secure transportation on short notice
  • Vetted agents: active or retired law enforcement, military or special agents
  • Daily reporting and a single point of contact for your team
  • Capability statement, license numbers and insurance details for your vendor file

Licensed in Indiana (Security Guard Agency SG21200040, Private Investigator Firm PI21600012) and insured. Download the capability statement (PDF).

Convention week for an out-of-state security firm.

Their client’s leadership attended a three-day convention. GCR supplied vetted, licensed local agents, coordinated with venue and hotel security, and reported daily to the firm’s operations center.

A workplace separation with a credible threat.

Plainclothes armed officers on site for the termination meeting and the two weeks after, an assessment of the facility’s access points, and a response plan the company’s HR team could carry out.

Protection experience behind the wheel.

Our drivers are armed, veteran law enforcement officers trained in emergency driving and executive protection. Choose discreet transportation or a visible protective presence, for an Indianapolis visit, a Midwest journey, or coast to coast.
