GCR Security Experts was founded in 2004 by veteran Indianapolis Police Officer Nick Mitchell and Businesswoman Kristi Mitchell. The company prides itself on delivering the highest level of security and investigation services and only utilizes very skilled and experienced current or recently retired law enforcement officers to deliver all of our services. The satisfaction, safety and security of our clients is our number one goal and we promise to deliver.

Nick Mitchell, CPP,PPS,PI

Nick is a security and investigations expert by trade. He has amassed over 25 years as an active law enforcement officer and has experience in every facet of the industry. His experience includes 13 years of investigations, 20 years of SWAT operations and has provided dignitary protection for 4 presidents and a multitude of celebrities/VIPs. During his career Mr. Mitchell has established strong working relationships with Homeland Security, Secret Service, the FBI, attorneys and a host of industry professionals. Nick is also a highly decorated officer with a Medal of Bravery, Medal of Valor and 9 Letters of Commendations. It is the combination of these experiences that allows Mr. Mitchell to excel in the private sector providing exceptional executive protection, security, investigative services and training to our clients for over 20 years.

Kristi Mitchell, CEO

Kristi has an extensive and diverse business background spanning more than 30 years. She has significant business experience in large global corporations as well as running her own businesses and founding the non-profit, Launch HOPE Foundation. She has served as the CEO of GCR Security Experts for the past 20 years and provides leadership in the areas of business operations and client services. Kristi utilizes her skills and experiences to ensure that clients of GCR Security Experts are provided with the highest quality deliverables and excellent customer service. Mrs. Mitchell also holds degrees in Entrepreneurship, Corporate Finance and an MBA from Ball State University and is an instructor of Entrepreneurship at Butler University.
